A NEW LEASE OF LIFE
Rebellion opens up a new chapter to celebrate a decade of creativity. It takes the form of a more accessible timepiece, but true to the brand’s own style. Let’s take a closer look.
Treat yourself to a striking visual immersion inside a mechanical world with a vivid personality and a powerful design. The Re-Volt Skeletonized has no dial, unveiling a very mysterious composition. Through an anti-reflection sapphire glass, either transparent or lightly tinted, the hour markers around the edge of the barrel-shaped titanium or black DLC titanium case provide visual guides, inviting us to look into the centre of the mechanical display. The cogs and balance wheel set the pace beneath skeletonised hands that are partially coated with luminous material. The watch as a whole is enhanced by taut lines and material effects resulting in a look that is avant-garde and dynamic. With reasonable dimensions (38.5 x 40.35mm), this model by Rebellion is particularly discreet in comparison with the watches the brand has been making for ten years now.
At the centre of the light and robust case (watertight down to 50m), the hand-wound, in-house movement takes care of the hour and minute displays. The calibre is made up of 165 elements and gives the Re-Volt Skeletonized 48 hours of power reserve.
The timepiece, first introduced at the last Baselworld, comes with a vulcanised rubber strap with a double folding clasp. A wide range of colours is on offer for all tastes, and future owners are sure to find a model matching their style.
