CLASSIC FUSION CHRONOGRAPH ORLINSKI Hublot

CLASSIC FUSION CHRONOGRAPH ORLINSKI Hublot

MULTI-FACETED

As an extension of the graphic creations of the contemporary artist, the timepieces of the Nyon watchmaker, following the example of this new model, mix their respective universes with aplomb.

Out of a limited edition a collection was born. Ever since Hublot’s first collaboration with Richard Orlinski in 2017, each timepiece unveiled by Hublot emphasizes the aesthetic codes shared by both the French visual artist and the manufacturer. The Classic Fusion Chronograph Orlinski does not deviate from this rule. We thus encounter the sculptural faceted case with its striking lines, here 41mm in diameter and 12mm thick, surmounted by the emblematic twelve-sided bezel. This design certainly echoes that of the artist’s colored resin creations. Nevertheless, chromatic sobriety is the order of the day for this model. Its black dial provides the backdrop for a refined display. The 30-minute subdial located at 9 o’clock and the small seconds at 3 o’clock are encircled by an hour ring containing no numerals.

The central tapered dauphine-shape hands are driven by a self-winding movement. The HUB1153 caliber constructed using 155 components oscillates at a standard frequency of 4Hz, providing the watch a power reserve of 42 hours. Its oscillating weight as well as some of its components can be seen through the sapphire back of the case. This model is available in two different versions: Titanium and Full Titanium. The first version is equipped with a rubber wristband fastened with a folding clasp, while the second is fitted with links machined from the same light and robust material used to make the case. With the Orlinski Classic Fusion Chronograph, sporty elegance becomes multifaceted.
