The brand, official partner and timekeeper for the multi-sports competition taking place in Scotland from July 23 to August 2, 2026, releases two limited series issued in 2026 pieces.
For more than 60 years, Longines has played a role in the organization of the Commonwealth Games as official timekeeper. This year, the city of Glasgow will host some 3,000 athletes from the 74 countries and territories taking part in the 23rd edition of this sports event. To celebrate the occasion, two limited-series HydroConquest Commonwealth Games 2026 watches have been rolled out. One comes with a 39 mm-diameter case, the other flaunts as 42 mm one, and both are waterproof to depths of 300 meters. Their screw-down back is adorned with wording indicating the link with the games.
The two pieces in this duo, worn on rubber straps, boast identical features inspired by the competition logo. Their dial is dressed in a gradient-hued turquoise that veers to deep black. The tip of the direct-drive center stages bright pink. The white Super-LumiNova®-coated hands and indexes are ever-so easy to read in this vibrantly-colored scenography. The numerals on the unidirectional rotating bezel’s graduated scale adopt the same azure shade as the dial center.
