SPEEDMASTER 38 MM Omega

SPEEDMASTER 38 MM Omega

This brand new duo, inspired by the Bienne watchmakers famous chronograph but in a somewhat more delicate and precious version, proposed with or without diamonds, displays time in an exquisitely-elegant way

No, chronographs are not watches reserved exclusively for masculine elite but feature a functionality that’s designed for everybody. However, if truth be told these pieces, used to measure short-cycle times, are generally rather imposing on the wrist. Omega drew its inspiration from its legendary chronograph to create the Speedmaster 38 mm, a collection of elegant timepieces featuring oval-shaped counters and date as seen in these two new pieces which the brand has just unveiled.

The case, which is waterproof to depths of 100 m, is topped with a dual bezel hosting a green or chestnut-brown aluminum ring integrating a tachymeter and a ribbon of diamonds or graduations painted in black. The chronometer-certified Omega 3330 automatic caliber, delivering a power reserve of 52 hours, nestles inside.

The SednaTM reference showcases a face dressed in light taupe (the famous “cappuccino”) and all its displays flaunt the same color as the case.
