GOLD STEALS THE SHOW
Precious stones, Milanese mesh, and Art Deco lines come together in a series of creations that reinterpret a watchmaking classic with a spirit that is both vintage and contemporary, featuring jewel-like accents.

Nearly a century after its debut on Indian polo fields, the Reverso continues to reinvent its identity without losing sight of its origins. With five new models united under the “Or Deco” banner, Jaeger-LeCoultre explores a facet of its Art Deco icon that is both more precious and more contemporary. The Reverso Tribute Monoface “Or Deco” collection thus centers on three Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds “Or Deco Cocktail” models, set with rubies, emeralds, or blue sapphires; a monochrome Small Seconds version in white gold; and a brand-new Solo Tempo with more compact proportions.

Designed as a cohesive collection, this line elevates the Milanese bracelet to a true design element. Crafted in rose or white gold, it complements the slender, 7.56mm-thick rectangular case and the delicately grained dial of the watches. The three Cocktail editions, limited to 30 pieces each, feature 46 baguette-cut gemstones set using the invisible rail-setting technique, emphasizing the geometry of the rectangular case. The monochrome white gold version highlights the contrast between the polished surfaces and the matte texture of the dial, while the Solo Tempo returns to dimensions similar to those of the historic 1931 model. Powered by the hand-wound Caliber 822 entirely designed, produced, and assembled in-house, these five new models prioritize a minimalist approach to timekeeping. The SmallSeconds models retain the small seconds display at 6 o’clock, while the Solo Tempo dispenses with it to achieve greater simplicity. Offering a 42-hour power reserve, this movement’s shape follows the contours of the iconic pivoting case.
