SEAMASTER DIVER 300M CHRONOGRAPH
In the same vein any instrument devoted to underwater exploration, these chronographs feature everything it takes to accompany you out at sea or on land on a daily basis.
Since 1993, the watches from the Seamaster Diver 300M collection have carved out their place in the watchmaking scenescape with their powerful design combined with sophisticated materials and soundly-sturdy mechanics. Omega enhances the collection with eight chronographs which embrace all the features of the previous references. So, what do they have in common? To start with, the dial adorned with the famous wave pattern hosts bi-compax-positioned counters. The small seconds at 9 o’clock provides symmetrical repartee to a totalizer devoted to measuring time associating hours and minutes. The chronograph is enabled in a rather classical way via the screwed pushers set either side of the crown. A date aperture completes this ensemble which is hovered over by large hands pointing to rounded indexes topped with luminescent coating. The existence of a unidirectional ceramic bezel and a helium escape valve ensure diving safety.
All the references are driven by the self-winding 9900 caliber (60-hour power reserve). Every Seamaster Diver 300M Chronograph is Master Chronometer-certified and benefits from optimized accuracy, increased antimagnetic and shock resistance, and offers perfect waterproofness down to depths of 300 meters.
The 44 mm-diameter case is crafted in different materials, in steel, SednaTM gold and even in a blend of steel and yellow gold. To tailor to every possible taste and every possible use, the watch can be worn on a rubber, metal or NATO-style strap.
