After Interstellar, Hamilton’ back with a blast in a new feature-length movie with a highly-original creation that’s totally in its element navigating space-time and exploring underwater worlds.
Time, an undeniable center-stager in all Christopher Nolan’s productions, takes on another dimension in the director’s latest movie-event TENET. With a plot that’s just as mysterious as its palindrome title inspired by the Sator Square, the superproduction tinkers with our temporal markers. A few pointers, however, invite to discover a way out of this visual labyrinth. One of them is a specially-designed watch imagined hand-in-hand by the British director and Hamilton. During an awesome action scene, the timepiece showcases a dual time display, classical with hands and digital with colored numerals. By the way, it’s not this model which is now on sale but its analog version. The Khaki Navy BeLOWZERO Titanium as such features a rather athletic build. Its titanium case, waterproof to a depth of 1,000 meters boasting a helium escape value, adorns a black PVD monochrome coating echoing the hue of the dial. This dive-gifted watch is worn on a matching rubber strap clasped by an ardillon buckle.
Its gray Super-LumiNova®-coated hands are driven by the H10 caliber. This selfwinding movement delivers a considerable 80-hour power reserve.
Hamilton also proposes two 888-piece limited editions which stand out with their red- or blue-colored direct-drive tip, a tip of the hat to the movie. Nathan Crowley, TENET’s production designer, fashioned a special case for the occasion. A steel variation hosting an ETA 2826-2 caliber (42 hours’ autonomy) is also available.
