DEFY CLASSIC FUSALP Zenith

DEFY CLASSIC FUSALP Zenith

SEE YOU ON THE SLOPES!

With autumn in full swing, the Le Locle-based watch company is joining forces with the French equipment manufacturer to prepare for the upcoming opening of the ski season with two new timepieces ready to hit the slopes.

Two dynamic companies, each working in a different field, are combining their know-how, creativity and reputation to create not one but two exceptional products. This original pairing is composed of Zenith, a key player in the watchmaking industry, and Fusalp, an expert in mountain sportswear. It presents a surprising Franco-Swiss collaboration that merges the art of time measurement with that of technical clothing: the new Defy Classic Fusalp, a watch available in two exclusive versions.

With its contemporary silhouette, the Defy Classic is the perfect ambassador for the aesthetic values of both brands. Equipped with a 41mm diameter case made of dark as night or immaculate white ceramic and curved with a thin bezel, it displays with impudence the workings of its mechanical heart, the Elite 670 automatic skeleton caliber (more than 50 hours of power reserve), which is partially hidden by the five-pointed star, the symbol of Zenith, transformed for the occasion into a snowflake that evokes Fusalp‘s business as a cold weather equipment specialist. The hour markers rest on a tricolor ring borrowed from the French flag and are overlaid by two rhodium-plated, luminescent hour and minute hands accompanied by a golden second hand. The date appears as a watermark at 6 o’clock. This duo of limited editions Defy Classic Fusalp is attached to the wrist with a rubber strap matching the color of the case and decorated with a graphic pattern that recalls the tracks left by a pair of skis in the fresh snow.
