DS Eagle Chronographe automatique
The cushion-shape case, which is neither square nor round, gives the DS Eagle so much personality that you instantly recognise it. The Certina classic’s name stands for “Double Sécurité”, a fastening system which secures the watch to the wrist. The rose gold PVD-coated steel case has a black bezel held in place by six gold screws. It houses the self-winding ETA C01.211 calibre which fuels the time, date and chronograph functions on the black dial with a Clous de Paris engraving. Two gold luminescent openwork hands glide over the square hour indices whilst the small seconds counter lies at 9 opposite the date display at 3. The minute and hour counters’ red markers and hands lie at 12 and 6 respectively with the seconds in the centre. Price: 1,880 CHF
