SUPERSPORT CHRONO SPECIAL EDITIONS Tissot

CYCLING PASSION

Speed along for kilometers on end, time performances… To accompany cycling enthusiasts, the watch brand proposes exclusive box-sets flying high the colors of the worlds most bike races.

It would be putting it mildly to say that there’s a strong bond between professional cycling and Tissot. The Swiss brand was the official timekeeper of the prestigious Tour de France and two world-renowned races held respectively in Italy and Spain, the Giro and La Vuelta, between 1988 and 1992 and, since 2016, has pursued these partnerships once again. For those who love to pedal, it has now rolled out its Supersport Chrono watch in three variations boasting the colors of these major European races.

Large-sized hour and minute hands coated with luminescent material hover over a highly-accurate minute tracker. Totalizers for measuring time, a small seconds and a date set at 6 o’clock harmoniously set off the black dial. The centrally-place direct-drive stands out as it features the color of the winner’s jersey for each race and as it takes on a bike as its counterpoise. To boost the watch’s sporty spirit even more, the ensemble is encircled by a fixed bezel adorned with a tachymetric scale.
