AN UNEXPECTED COLLABORATION
A watch brand partnering with a podcast about the watchmaking industry to create a special model? Why not! This new product is already available online and will be on sale until February 2026.

Alpina and The Real Time Show (TRTS) have formed a surprising partnership to round off 2025. On the one hand, a watch brand founded in 1883 and based in Geneva, and on the other, a podcast about the watchmaking industry hosted by Rob Nudds and Alon Ben Joseph, who have come together to reinterpret a legendary model in a series of Seastrong Diver Extreme Automatic Special Edition watches sold exclusively online for a limited time, until February 2026.
Praised for its robustness, hence the name of this diving watch collection, the new Seastrong Diver Extreme co-created by TRTS features a thick, cushion-shaped, three-part steel case measuring 39×40.5mm with a height of 12.65mm and capable of withstanding depths of up to 300m. This solid metal case is complemented by a screw-down crown and topped with a rotating bezel fitted with a matte black ceramic ring, whose raised graduations are polished to create contrast and thus facilitate the reading of information.
The same desire for easy readability is evident in the second hand, whose body is coated with vermilion varnish that stands out clearly against the anthracite dial. The grainy texture of the disc, covered with two layers of lacquer, evokes the rough surface of a piece of cooled, blackened lava. The white color of the minute track, obtained by pad printing, echoes the luminescent material coating the curved geometric hour markers and the large openwork hour and minute hands.
These timekeeping functions are powered by Alpina‘s AL-520 caliber, a 4Hz self-winding movement that delivers a power reserve of approximately one and a half days.
