Among the can’t-do-without contemporary sizes, the 38 mm diameter makes its mark as it’s incredibly versatile and suits many a wrist to a T. The six new Tissot Seastar 1000 Quartz Chronograph 38mm pieces boast all these features along with the characteristics inherent to dive watches. In short, their steel case is guaranteed waterproof to depths of 300 meters. This robust holder comes with a large unidirectional rotating bezel this time round, ever-so handy for underwater excursions.
Dial-side, the large hour and minute hands are coated with Super-LumiNova® to ensure optimal readability no matter the conditions of light. Even the black monochrome variations capitalize on this with their tone-on-tone luminescent paint. As well as these two versions which come complete with a silicone or metal wraparound, the brand also rolls out a gradient-hued silvered-white iteration, both equipped with a gradient-toned gray dial. Another is set apart with its two-tone silver and gold. And, a final rose gold PVD one reigns with its dazzling gradient-toned turquoise scenescape.
