GRANDS FONDS 1964 SPIRIT BRONZE MAIER EDITION ZRC

GRANDS FONDS 1964 SPIRIT BRONZE MAIER EDITION ZRC

LYON SPECIALTY

To celebrate its presence at the very heart of the great city known for its French art of living, the distributor Maier proposes an edition specially created for it by ZRC.

The historic capital of Gaul, bubbling over with history, reputed as a mecca of gastronomy is also synonym of exquisite engineering feats. You just need to push open the doors of 99 rue du Président Herriot in Lyon, enter this plush, hushed setting highly-beneficial for delighting in the very best of contemporary watchmaking. This namesake establishment, created by Jean-Louis Maier in 1998, celebrates its history as a talent spotter with a limited series specially created by ZRC. The Grands Fonds 1964 Spirit Bronze Maier Edition takes on a magnificent orange-hued dial. This dial, stamped with the retailer’s logo is hovered over by a pair of large skeletonized hour and minute hands driven by an ETA 2824-2 caliber. This selfwinding movement delivers a power reserve of 38 hours. To center stage the time data harmoniously, this dynamic composition is hosted in a 40.5 mm-diameter case crafted in a russet-shaded non-magnetic bronze alloy. A 4 mm-thick domed sapphire crystal tops the ensemble.

zrc grands fonds 300 maier lifestyleLike all the dive watches imagined by the brand, this model is waterproof to depths of 300 m and features two ZRC innovations. The Crown Protection SystemTM prevents the strap from being attached if the crown is incorrectly screwed. The Easy Clean SystemTM rinses and cleans the black bezel effectively and prevents sea salt deposits.
