CHRONOMASTER SPORT TWO TONES Zenith

GREAT TONES

These models have been redefining the manufacture’s sporty elegance since last year. The variations on show this time round are totally in tune with the trends of the times. Illustration with this two-tone interpretation.

Zenith is forging ahead on every front by modernizing, yet not revolutionizing, the esthetic style of its timepieces. As such, the Chronomaster collection watches feature new adornments on a par with the sporty-chic style that’s absolutely up-to-the-minute. The Chronomaster Sport Two Tones reference epitomizes this trend perfectly.

Although it of course boasts a silvered sunburst dial enhanced with gray, anthracite and blue counters set in the historic tri-compax position, the watch’s originality stems from the use of two materials to craft it 41 mm-diameter case and its entirely-integrated bracelet: steel and rose gold. This two-tone combination infuses this watch with a gender-neutral personality, meaning it can be worn by anyone, anytime, whatever the situation, whatever the style. And, as in the other contemporary pieces, the El Primero 3600 caliber runs the show. It measures times precisely to a 10th of a second. Whilst the direct-drive whirls around at a speed of 10 seconds per revolution, the seconds are totalized in the counter at 3 o’clock and the minutes in its alter ego at 6 o’clock. This selfwinding movement beating at 5 Hz delivers a power reserve of 60 hours. A stop-seconds function ensures time is always set precisely. The presence of a sapphire crystal on the caseback invites the wearer to admire the workings and finishes of this motor as well as the star-shaped, satin-brushed oscillating weight.
