TAMBOUR CONVERGENCE Louis Vuitton

TAMBOUR CONVERGENCE Louis Vuitton

TIME AGREEMENT

As mysterious as a secret watch, this model from the Parisian house that marked the year 2025 displays the time with discretion and elegance, powered by a manufacture caliber and available in two versions.

Veiled in gold or hidden behind a dazzling mask, time becomes both romantic and discreet. At the crossroads of precious paths, the minute meets the hour and together they compose the mysterious aura of the Tambour Convergence watch. This timepiece by Louis Vuitton combines the different skills of the Parisian brand’s Geneva workshops: La Fabrique du Temps for the technical aspects, La Fabrique des Boîtiers and La Fabrique des Arts for the aesthetics. It is available in two versions, one in rose gold and the other in platinum set with diamonds, without this difference in materials detracting from the purity of its style.

Like the wings of a butterfly spread towards the sun, two superimposed windows, connected by a diamond-shaped indicator and fanning out, culminate at 12 o’clock on the subtly mirror-shimmering shell that covers the dial. The larger window at the top displays the hour, while the minutes are shown in the lower window. Traced in blue, they are drawn out, accentuating the poetic spirit of this watch.

The gentle rotation of the delicately gold-plated or rhodium-plated discs of these displays is brought to life by the LFT MA01.01 caliber, a 4hz automatic movement manufactured by La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton. Once fully wound by the ballet of its oscillating weight, it delivers a power reserve of up to 45 hours. This perfectly finished engine is housed in a 37mm diameter, 8mm thick case with a fluted crown, to which two strands of auburn or navy-colored calfskin leather are attached.
