ROGER DUBUIS – EXCALIBUR SPIDER TOURBILLON VOLANT
Introducing the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Tourbillon Volant
Nature meets futuristic on a wristwatch? Welcome to the world of Roger Dubuis. The Excalibur Spider collection was unveiled in 2015 and its new electric blue model is stamped with the Geneva Seal: Excalibur Spider Tourbillon Volant
The RD505SQ calibre is woven like a spider’s web, sculpted like a piece of contemporary architecture, designed and made in Roger Dubuis’ Genevan factory and unfurls its rhodium-plated and beaded lines into a sheer star shape. The manual wind movement provides a 60-hour power reserve and brings the time functions to life. The flying tourbillon topped by a Celtic cross and central seconds hand lies off-centre at 7.30. As for the hours and minutes, they’re tracked by two openwork and blue varnished dauphine-shape hands in the centre.
The white rubber strap keeps the 45mm titanium case securely in place on your wrist.
Price: 148,000 CHF
